Rachel Coyne Asst Service Manager at Koons Easton Toyota was excellent to work with. She signed me in for my Prius oil change and answered all my questions with technical responses. It took 3 visits, 1hr, 2. 5hr & 1hr to get one parking assist sensor bracket replaced. I had had the problem diagnosed at another dealership while traveling. I called Koons S 5hr & 1hr to get one parking assist sensor bracket replaced. I had had the problem diagnosed at another dealership while traveling. I called Koons Service and gave the part numbers needed to Kevin who assured me he would order them. I showed up for the service appt, waited an hour to finally learn there were no parts. Second visit it took 2.5hr to determine that they had the sensor but not the bracket. Finally fixed on 3rd visit. It is annoying that Service & Parts don’t communicate. As a customer, I expect that Service will manage any parts needs with Parts Dept. but this is not the case at Koons Easton. When I called Service to check availability of a part that they ordered & will install, I was immediately transferred to Parts (this has also happened several times in the past on recall items). No single point of contact for the customer here. The only positive interaction I’ve had at this dealership was with Rachel Coyne. More
