I had a recall and was informed it would take 2 hours max, I took the shuttle home and checked back 5 hours later as I wanted to take the shuttle to pick up the car. The car was not ready - I got a call max, I took the shuttle home and checked back 5 hours later as I wanted to take the shuttle to pick up the car. The car was not ready - I got a call at 6:15pm to pick up the car, which meant I could not take the shuttle, I had to wait until 10am the next day to get a ride to retrieve my car More

Everyone did a great job on my car. My only complaint is that they called me at 3:30 pm to tell me my car was ready, but the courtesy vehicle stopped running at 3:00 There should be so My only complaint is that they called me at 3:30 pm to tell me my car was ready, but the courtesy vehicle stopped running at 3:00 There should be some connection between a customer using the courtesy van to go home and notifying the customer after the van stopped operating in the afternoon.
