I understand that dealer valet service originated with Ford, but the Koons people made it easy and pleasant to use. The service work was done without leaving home and the drviers were courteous and friend Ford, but the Koons people made it easy and pleasant to use. While I was pleased with the work performed. I was not satisfied that my warranty was not accepted. I have since reached out to the warranty company and was informed that my warranty should have I was not satisfied that my warranty was not accepted. We visited Koons Lincoln/Ford to test drive a Lincoln SUV. I rarely write reviews, but salesman Chuck was so professional that I feel compelled to share!
