We had a tremendous experience with Brandon. He was responsive, kind, and knowledgeable throughout our process. Charlie Foxtrot…nothing but runaround. They’ve had my car 2 weeks. I bought a lemon with a lot of problems and still can’t drive the car after almost 3 months. 2019 Ford Fiesta purchased 2 They’ve had my car 2 weeks. I bought a lemon with a lot of problems and still can’t drive the car after almost 3 months. 2019 Ford Fiesta purchased 28 June. 3 big issues already. Today is 13 Sept. we’ve drove the car maybe 2 weeks combined. All I keep hearing they have to “wait on parts”. I have asked for a loaner but have been denied. Koons Ford is a terrible dealership. I do not understand because I take my Toyota to Koons Toyota for service and I get great service. I even get loaner car if they keep my car for more than one day. I will never recommend Koons Ford. I probably will never recommend the Koons brand to anybody even with the good experiences I’ve had with the Toyota dealership. More
