Professional enough and friendly but there's not a comfortable feeling of trustworthiness. High pressure tactics used by them to purchase additional warranty coverage on vehicle. I requested cancelation of extra coverage (TCA) within five days post purchase. Difficulty getting in contact with finance office. After persistent emailing was told it takes 3-4 weeks to process the cancellation to have refund dollars applied or deducted from loan balance, still unsure how to believe what I'm being told by this dealership. Its like pulling teeth to get all of the information up front. More
