We had a wonderful experience and I love my new car. Krenzen was recommended to us by our neighbors and we would 100% recommend them, too. David was awesome and was not at all pushy. He listened to us, let us ask questions and was informative. Then sitting down with Adam to sign the papers was smooth and he didn't push us to add the extra warranty. Both were real with us and treated us as people, not as another sale. David also checked up on us after the sale. About two weeks after there was a creaking sound and they got me right in and gave me a rental for the day while they fix the issue on them. It truly is one of a kind service at Krenzen. More

David called me out of the blue about my Nissan Rogue and pleasantly asked if I needed anything from him. Which I told him a couple of things have been nagging at me...and he set an appt to come in and see i pleasantly asked if I needed anything from him. It was just the little things I needed help with, but I tell u, he made me feel no less important than someone buying a car! And I took his advice and used his expertise to help me with a few things and WALAA! WONDERFUL and SUPER HAPPY it all worked out great!! If I ever plan on trading up, which my eye was looking at that new rogue... lol, but David is the one I would definitely go with!!👍👍 Great experience! Thanks so much David!!
