You have a great staff at Kruse Ford Motors in Marshall, MN Our new car is a 2017 Ford Explorer. We purchased it new. The owner, Mr. Kruse himself dealt with one of our concerns and both he and the fellows at Our new car is a 2017 Ford Explorer. We purchased it new. The owner, Mr. Kruse himself dealt with one of our concerns and both he and the fellows at the service counter and any others that we have dealt with have a wonderful gift of making us feel that they are here for us. They will do there best to see to it that we are completely satisfied when we leave. We love our new car, and it shows, as we have put on about 33,000 miles since we purchased it last year. There must be a good administration at the Kruse Ford Motors because the help all seem happy, which reflects on to us as their customer. We purchased the 100,000 mile warranty when we bought the car and hopefully we will never have to use it. Thank you guys and ladies for making our experiences great. . More
