Bob was immediately and extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process. He understood what I was looking for and was attentive to my needs. They took in my trade-in with no issues and the checkout of whole buying process. He understood what I was looking for and was attentive to my needs. They took in my trade-in with no issues and the checkout of it was fast, efficient, and extremely fair. Sarge (Larry) was incredible as well; being from out of state / military I didn’t plan on coming home and buying a car so I wasn’t totally prepared. Both he and Bob helped me work everything out so I could meet with Nick and get my new Jeep that day! As an added bonus they threw in two free shirts for myself and my father who tagged along (thanks Paul and Sarge!). Nico made the signatory process super simple and easy and addressed all the paperwork in clear, coherent terms to make sure I understood each piece of paperwork! Absolutely delightful experience and I’ve already been recommending the dealership to anyone who is around! More
