I would of liked to have my vehicle washed and clean inside over the years all the dealer ships I have done business with always washed my vehicle after it was serviced I have not experience that fro inside over the years all the dealer ships I have done business with always washed my vehicle after it was serviced I have not experience that from your service Dept even wihen I brouth my vehicle last year on 2024 labor day weekend the service Dept said there was no way to do it with out my concent it the brushes on the washing machine may leave some scratches on my new vehicle I've have had very good experiences with kunz but I really think that the service Dept. needs to respect the customer needs anddemans that was promished Imy experience with my sales person was very good very professional and I do appreciate his honesty and curtisty Ryan C is a asset to Kunz Dealership the service Dept , needs to act the same when it comes to its buyers you asked me and I'm telling you how my experience was the top dog in the service Dept needs to brush up on his way he deals with kunz customers Respecfully I am satisfied on the way I have been treated by the staff of Kunz chev. I had purchased an SUV about 11 months ago from Steven who is awesome, had a 50k service performed and I was unhappy with the service. After speaking with the service department, Adam the GM overheard my who is awesome, had a 50k service performed and I was unhappy with the service. After speaking with the service department, Adam the GM overheard my concerns. Came to Lake Geneva from Madison to enjoy a boat trip around the lake. It was an awesome trip, but only to find my right front tire very low on air when we returned to the truck. Googled GMC and this d around the lake. It was an awesome trip, but only to find my right front tire very low on air when we returned to the truck. Googled GMC and this dealership was just around the corner. I was met at the door by Ryan, what a super nice guy. When I told him my situation, he took our truck and pulled it into their service area. Shortly thereafter, Robert gave us the news that our tire could not be repaired, but they would put my spare on. Within 30 minutes, I was off to Madison. There customer services far exceeded my expectations. Good job to the team at Kunes Lake Geneva. More

I am so impressed by Kunes Lake Geneva! I feel like I am treated like family. No matter how large or small my service call may be, I am treated with prompt service and respect. It’s impo I feel like I am treated like family. No matter how large or small my service call may be, I am treated with prompt service and respect. It’s important to feel that you can trust your vehicle to be properly cared for by professionals when you know you’ll be on the road with your loved ones. Bob in service knowing that I had a road trip with a car full of teenagers ahead of me, got my car in immediately with no questions asked, took care of my situation, stayed late at the shop, and finished up all repairs and paperwork to assure me I had a safe and reliable vehicle to drive.
