It shouldn't take 2 hours to get an oil change! I had an appointment at 10:00. I got there at 9:51. They took it right in. They came & told me it was done at 11:45. That is NOT acceptable! I have never had a worse experience in purchasing a vehicle than I had with dealing with this dealership. When I arrived I walked through the showroom 5 times before I was approached about why I was t vehicle than I had with dealing with this dealership. When I arrived I walked through the showroom 5 times before I was approached about why I was there even though there was 5 or more salespeople sitting at their desks looking out the window. When I finally talked to a salesman and he got me the price on the vehicle that I wanted we agreed to the price and would pick up the vehicle a week later. When I came to pick up my vehicle the process took more than two hours even though I was paying cash. I was billed $500.00 more than the quoted price and when questioned about it I was told that it was due to the amount of sales tax that had to be withheld, a lie. The business manager that I had to deal with proceeded to tell me lie after lie about what was taking so long and about the amount of license fees that were withheld that any over amount would be returned promptly. I will never return to this dealership and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
