We started with a sales person who was not meshing very well with us and Paul Kruelach was brought over. He listened to what we were trying to accomplish, what we needed in the vehicle and asked the right questions. He immediately said that he had a vehicle in mind and asked if I could come back the next day because the car was just brought in. We agreed and came back the next day. Paul introduced us to Luke Hilger. What an outstanding sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable with super duty trucks and does not apply any pressure at all. One of the things I was told was that this was a dealership that upheld high Christian values. That is exactly what I experienced. Luke was awesome, he listened to our needs, helped with do research, worked with us at every possible point throughout the sale. I wasn't put in the back corner or left waiting for hours. He stayed with us through out the entire process and when we went in to meet with the Jesse Jaramillo in Finance to sign all the papers. That was the easiest process ever! Jesse walked through everything, was prepared and helped us expedite the signing process. Honestly, the thing that got me the most...Telling me one of the core values they have is God first. Went in a a Monday afternoon and was helped by Connor. We were looking to go from a mid-sized truck by another make to a crew cab Ford F-150. He was very knowledgeable about the different trim levels and within minutes we were on a test drive. I was up front and told him that what brought us in was the “internet price” we saw online, knowing that most dealerships dilute those numbers with incentives that 99% of people cant qualify for. Not in this instance. The first offer from Kunes was the exact internet price, not to mention they gave me exactly what I was looking for on my trade in. I hate new car shopping because of the games - not an issue for us with Connor or Kunes Ford. It’s safe to say that we will be returning customers. More
