I recently bought a Jeep from Kunes…. they were great with the buying experience….howere that’s where the greatness ends! Blair’s in the service department at Kunes in East Moline was a great help! It’s a 1 stop shop when you get your car serviced. Service department incompetent and completely different RIPPED US OFF!!! Told us 2 things were broken, we shelled out $3600. Did not fix the problem then wanted $3500 more to "fix the problem". unbelievable sales pressure worse experience i have ever had in a car dealership. Flyers mailed out to get people in the door - scam about winning prize money. At one point 3 gentlemen sat in front of me and hounded me into I agreed to purchase. Told them over and over I needed to think about it a day. One of the men told me to sit down, I was standing wanting to leave. Called the next day wanting to return the car I did not want, would not help me. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!
