Very dissatisfied with service each time I have taken car in for service. Communication within the employees what is going on with my vehicle is terrible!! Can’t get answers right away.Twice I had to ask for in for service. Communication within the employees what is going on with my vehicle is terrible!! Can’t get answers right away.Twice I had to ask for loaner to drive because they were keeping my car for several days. They said we don’t usually do loaners. That was very unacceptable!! When I did get loaner it was FIFlTHY !!! Full of animal hair!! When I mentioned it to the individual the response was THAT ISN’T MY JOB!! When I took car for recall they told me they would pick car up and return same day. At end of day I had to call and see where my car would be returned. They had no drivers when it was to be returned. I explained I had two appointments and needed a car. I feel that you should not schedule appointment for a customer if you can give them great customer service!! This will keep me from buying another Ford vehicle. Always remember word of mouth is the best advertisement!! More
This rating is for the quicklane and service department, not sales. I have always had a great experience with quicklane and the service department. They keep my 2012 Ford F150 in great shape. It is a good thing they do because for the last several years I could not afford to buy a new F150 because they had been elevated to the level of paying for a house every month. I was a 43 year Ford only customer that was being told that not only would I have to pay the sticker price, but that Ford HQ's would let them do no deals on the price. So I started looking around. Liked the looks of the Jeep Gladiator and went to test drive at a local dealer. I had only gone to test drive, but the sales manager offered me a deal I could not refuse. 20% off sticker and did not even go there that day to buy. The next day I bought the Gladiator. Ford has lost a Ford only customer. Oh, and did get a chance to look at prices. Still extremely high. Doubt they are dealing. So, KUDO's to the Quick Lane and Service Department and raspberries for sales. More
