Service was friendly and timely, but price wasn't expected When I called to make my appointment I told them on the phone that I wanted the family deal oil change, which had been 9.95 for years. The person making the appointment just happily made the appointment and never mentioned that this promotion had been discontinued. When I brought my car in and got it all checked in I was presented with the estimate showing a total of around $33. (more than 3 times the price I was expecting). If I would have known that it was going to be this pricey I would have changed my own oil. I felt mislead but by that point you already had my car so I just paid it, that said I will not be having you change my oil in the future. I understand that the price of everything is going up these days, but I wouldn't expect the price to more than triple, and worse I would not expect to not be notified about it when I called and referenced the old promotion. Great Attention Got to dealership an hour before closing on a Saturday. Truck could not be fixed until Monday. Got me a loaner and out the door within 30 minutes.
