I’m pretty frustrated with this dealership. The front desk folks are great, but the service center has made several mistakes lately. At this most recent visit they told me that both the engine The front desk folks are great, but the service center has made several mistakes lately. At this most recent visit they told me that both the engine and cabin air filters looked terrible and “like they’d never been changed.” How’s that possible when the car comes to this location for regular oil changes and checkups? “Shouldn't”t checking both air filters should have been included in the car’s 27-point inspection in March 2025. So how did they go from passing inspection then to terrible condition in July with nothing but normal driving?” They didn’t have an explanation other than someone missing them in the March inspection, and quite possibly before. More seriously, during last year’s change of transmission fluid they failed to refill the lines to the proper pressure. My daughter drove the car to TN and back and told me that it wasn’t driving correctly. I took it in and they acknowledged the mistake - but the fact remains they sent my daughter out with an unsafe car. I sent a negative review but no manager followed up. This is our hometown dealership, but after this latest miss I’ve lost faith and will probably drive to another dealership for service. More
