I needed a headlamp replaced, cost me $205 because front-end needed to be removed. Huge design flaw! Service rep told me to wait in lounge, and he'd come and get me when job was completed; he did no front-end needed to be removed. Huge design flaw! Service rep told me to wait in lounge, and he'd come and get me when job was completed; he did not! Instead I just happened to check my email and found a msg that my car was ready. Msg had been sent nearly 30 minutes previously! When I retrieved my car, it was running, with the a/c on, in an unsecure spot! Presumably it had been left running since the msg was issued! I could not follow up with service staff at the time, due to health considerations. Ron More
