Toll in a 2025 Grand Cherokee 4xe for engine warning light and charging system failure. Picked up after 3 weeks and told “Nothing wrong with it”. The was NO charge on the battery! Battery charge level w light and charging system failure. Picked up after 3 weeks and told “Nothing wrong with it”. The was NO charge on the battery! Battery charge level was ZERO when returned to me!! This indicates no attempt to charge. Complete waste of my time. Total failure of LaFontaine service department. More

Service was fast and I appreciated that there was no hard sell to get me to do other services that I did not want. I did have to wait a couple minutes after I initially walked in for someone to acknowledge m sell to get me to do other services that I did not want.
