I took my diesel truck in for a warranty issue plus routine maintenance. Due to some confusion about scheduling the warranty issue was not addressed. I left my vehicle at appointment at 10:30 AM 08/27/2025. I did not have any transportation for the Holiday weekend and was stranded at home. September 2nd I picked my vehicle up. However, the service person I called 08/29/2025, I never received a call from LaFontaine about repairs, told me it was in for diagnosis at that time and he had not received word about anything being wrong. He lied. He lied. Diagnosis had not been done, nothing had been done except lying to me and inconveniencing me. I will never, ever go to LaFontaine for anything again. I gave you the lowest rating because there was no option to give you an even lower one. I hope someone there reads this and knows what is going on. Your company really sucks. More
