I dropped off the car and was told I would have it back by Tuesday. I did not get it until Friday, about 2:30. This made me miss work for two days. They were very polite and even walked me to my car and by Tuesday. I did not get it until Friday, about 2:30. This made me miss work for two days. They were very polite and even walked me to my car and opened the door for me. I would have preferred to have the car by Tuesday at the latest and no walk to my car. They also did not call to tell me it would take longer then expected. I also asked the day after I dropped the car off for them to check my brakes. It took three calls before I found out this would not be done until the car was pulled in for the repairs. A great benefit is that they will drive to pick you up when your car is ready so that you can pick it up. This was my first time coming here and it was less than a great experience. More

The service department says it has three days to look at a vehicle. Even if you schedule a specific day they might not look at it for 3 days.
