Put the wrong color mirror on the driver side and it broke the first fold in. I have a black diamond truck and the mirror is matte blue. Waiting for them to call me back and fix it. Personnel great. Waiting weeks for warranty approval was lousy !!!! First time I had a warranty claim. Also in the past there was no warning about not getting moisture in the mechanical stow and go seats a few years ago so our lifetime warranty was no good. I had the van detailed when it happened and was told dealer repair would cost $2400. We now longer have a stow for the seat behind the passenger seat.. More
