GREAT EXPERIENCE at the service department today, I was scheduled to diagnose and repair my RAM tailgate. I arrived and settled in for a likely 1/2 day wait in the lounge. However, Jon (Service Manager) ch scheduled to diagnose and repair my RAM tailgate. I arrived and settled in for a likely 1/2 day wait in the lounge. However, Jon (Service Manager) checked it out immediately and realized I only needed a $20 bushing. He installed it, lubricated all the tailgate bearings, and did not charge for his time. I was promptly out the door with my problem solved at a total cost of only $20. More
