Brought my car in for service; I'll be honest, the repairs set me back a good deal of $$$. After bringing vehicle home, same problem occurred a couple of days later. Not happy! Returned to service dept. but they couldn't get the problem to occur. Went back home - not happy! A few days later decided to call Dustin, the C/S dept. mgr., who arranged for a loaner car for me to use while they figured it out. A little happier now! Two days later, picked up my car, and Drew (a very compassionate customer service rep) said that Keller would take care of the entire bill since they didn't get it right the first time. Ok, very thankful and happy!!! No problems at all ever since. Still happy! Thank you, Dustin & Drew! More

Andrew is crazy good with his knowledge of the Ford products and makes you feel at ease with buying a vehicle. I referred two friends to Andrew and both bought from him. Keller's service is awesome w products and makes you feel at ease with buying a vehicle. I referred two friends to Andrew and both bought from him. Keller's service is awesome with their workmanship and finishes the job in a timely manner. My husband bought and Escape from them four years ago and spoke very highly of them which is why I decided to visit them in the first place. I will continue to send others to Keller Ford from now on.l More
