I would like to provide my feedback regarding my service experience at LaFontaine Automotive Group. My customer service experience with Business Manager Ace Ford and Javier Saulsberry was awesome. It was identified that I needed a new transmission. Last year, my engine needed to be replaced. This again was one of the most stressful incidents I have dealt with, I would like to commend both gentlemen with the highest regard. Both assisted me from inception to completion. They were both highly professional and helpful. At the onset of when I reached out to LaFontaine, Mr. Ford assured me that the LaFontaine group would assist me to get my repairs successfully resolved. Please note, Mr. Ford and Mr. Saulsberry did just that! I could not be more pleased and I profusely thank them for their professionalism, integrity and care. I am very happy with my customer service experience! Again I thank them for going above and beyond to ensure successful resolution of my issue. More
Jordan was amazing, I had been looking for a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid and Oklahoma doesn't have them yet. I called dozens of other dealers from the West Coast to the East Coast and Jordan was the only sa Sportage Hybrid and Oklahoma doesn't have them yet. I called dozens of other dealers from the West Coast to the East Coast and Jordan was the only salesperson that was all over it. LaFontaine Kia of Dearborn didn't have a crazy ridiculous Market Increase on the vehicle and it was within reason. They had what I was looking for and made the deal happen. Jordan arranged for transport and everything was a 10 Star Performance. He was available and still is if I have any questions or need anything at all! Would definitely purchase from him again! More
I did my part to avoid this negative review. Sales man Capus Robinson is illiterate with paper work. He had our plates and titles for the two Kia Souls I purchased CASH on 11-4-19 all screwed up. There was several lies and promises of accessories that has never been honoured. It took until my husband's bday 12-17-19 for what we thought everything was finally straighten out after Matt Szabla from LaFontaine Volkswagen went above and beyond making things right for my husband's tags for his plates even compensating him for his inconvenience after Matt Law from LaFontaine Kia was incompetent on doing so. Now it's February I go to SOS to renew my tags sit for three hours to find out I have been driving around with a plate registered to my husband's Kia!! And now my car sits in the drive with wrong plates, and expired tags because I'm furius that I have to call up there AGAIN and get this all straightened out when someone that holds a higher position should have went through all of our paperwork and made sure everything was straightened out. This has been a huge inconvenience and taking up a lot of time and gas running back and forth to the dealership and Sos. It is the worst buying experience I have ever had. I'd highly reconsider taking your business here. More
