The reason for the visit was an oil change, and they pinpoint the rest of the service also. They are very polite. They explain everything that they will do. Took a little longer than I thought, but it was explained to me that their garage doors were broken and had to take the cars in and out of the same door. which took extra time. More

Took my perfectly working Crosstrek in for an oil change. Was talked into a tire rotation. On the way home the car vibrates terribly between 70 to 80 mph. That process was great as was the loaner they arranged however when they further inspected the car the apparent cause of the problem was dirt in the wheels. The solution wax to try and charge me over $350 to clean and balance them. I cannot believe the technician didn’t bring this up when rotating the tires nor can I believe while it was on the ramp the second time they couldn’t run a screw driver round the rim to get the dirt out. Instead it’s retuned to me undriveable over 70 mph for me to take care of it. Doubt I’ll bring my car back here I have other choices. The final kicker was I received a coupon the day after force free tire rotation which cost me $20 the day before More
