I have had my last 3 Ford Explorers serviced at Labrum Ford for the past 8 years, and I just bought my new Ford Explorer King Ranch from Labrum Ford. Why? The people. The service department has always Ford for the past 8 years, and I just bought my new Ford Explorer King Ranch from Labrum Ford. Why? The people. The service department has always been helpful in scheduling my appointments and doing the work needed on time. They have given me courtesy rides home and have also picked me up when my car was ready. I bought my new Explorer King Ranch from them because they understood what I wanted in a new car and worked quickly to find it for me. Even under the current difficult supply chain challenges, they found a car for me in a timely manner. They were also honest and straightforward with the pricing as opposed to some other dealerships who are adding a significant premium charge onto the regular pricing because vehicles are currently harder to obtain. Across the board, I trust and will continue to do business with Labrum Ford. More
