Noller Hyundai of Lawrence — Matthew Bigelow I contacted Noller Hyundai of Lawrence regarding a specific lease offer that was publicly posted online for one of their vehicles. I called in good fai contacted Noller Hyundai of Lawrence regarding a specific lease offer that was publicly posted online for one of their vehicles. I called in good faith to move forward based on that advertisement. After my call, I was told the vehicle had been “mistakenly uploaded” and that the advertised terms would not be honored. I found this misleading and a waste of my time. When I declined to move forward at their revised pricing, the interaction became unprofessional. After I told him that his prices was on the level of a high end BMW car, Salesperson Matthew Bigelow sent me a message stating: “Also I heard that the BMW comes with a free sundress in the glovebox for the owner, is that still going on?” I consider this comment disrespectful, inappropriate, and sexist toward a potential customer. Because of both the misleading advertising and the tone of this interaction, I chose to take my business elsewhere and cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. I am left wondering whether this reflects Noller Hyundai’s values, or if this is the level of conduct expected from their employees. More
