Don't get service here! January 2017 My husband insisted that he heard my car making a strange noise so I took it in just to have it checked out. A couple days later I was ca January 2017 My husband insisted that he heard my car making a strange noise so I took it in just to have it checked out. A couple days later I was called and told there was nothing wrong with my car and to come get it. As I'm in my rental driving to pick up my car I receive another call and this guy tells me we found something wrong with your car and you need a whole new engine???? What? I should have taken it for another opinion. I got the engine replaced, it has a 3 year warranty. Now, May 2018 I hear an actually really bad noise and the engine tries to die occasionally so I go back to them. They blame the noise on my transmission that I had replaced at an actual transmission shop, Then they tell me if something was actually wrong with my engine the check engine light would be on, then they tell me the noises I am hearing are normal for that type of engine. Liars. This time I did the correct thing and took it someplace else for a second opinion. Sufficed to say the noise was not normal and it was coming from the engine. I don't trust these people. I will never go back. They can say sorry until they are blue in the face but it doesn't pay for my rental car that I had to pay for out of my pocket and it doesn't give me back the time I wasted with them and it certainly doesn't fix anything. At this point I think they lied about me needing a new engine or they broke my engine while it was in their care. They are very quick to blame everything and everyone else when its all on them. I really hope this review prevents anyone from being cheated by these people. More

Poor Customer Service I had to call the dealership for 3 day to make an appointment. Either the phone rings off the hook or the mailbox for service is full. I actually had to drive down there to make an appointment. When I mentioned to them about having a hard time trying to make and appointment. The guy that helped me just shrugged his shoulders and gave me the impression that, is normal there and he didn't seemed concern. But on the brighter side, The reception name Lupe is pleasant and grateful for you call. Now trying to find out if my jeep is finished is another story. They said they would call me when my car was done, I'm trying to make arrangement to get a ride to pick up my car. Once again the phone rings off the hook with no answer... Very frustrating!!!! My opinion is make the extra drive to Temecula or to Norco to get your car worked on. They have lost my business More

"Best service hands down" whether i plan ahead and make an appointment, or just pop in, they always treat me the same, i know i will be made to feel comfortable and taken care whether i plan ahead and make an appointment, or just pop in, they always treat me the same, i know i will be made to feel comfortable and taken care of in a timely fashion. Justine in the service dept. is the best, always on her game, if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she will go above and beyond to get it. The place is always kept clean, and the rest of the staff is always so friendly with me, i think the last time i counted 8 different "hello how are you's" glad to see there"s still a place to go that appreciates my business. More

I brought my truck back 4 times for the same issues he kept telling me there's nothing wrong with my truck when I can't start my truck there's a problem. And then when you call in to tell him that the problem done and that they need to send a service technician down to verify that I'm telling the truth he doesn't return your call. This place would be a helluva lot better without Joel. More

I DROPPED OFF MY JEEP FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL LETTING ME KNOW THAT MY CAR HAS A RECALL AND SOMETHING BENT ON MY LEFT LOWET FRO I DROPPED OFF MY JEEP FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL LETTING ME KNOW THAT MY CAR HAS A RECALL AND SOMETHING BENT ON MY LEFT LOWET FRONT CONTROL ARM, BUT NOT TO WORRY BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. **NOW 2 WEEKS LATER I PICKED UP MY JEEP BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAD THE CHANCE TO CHANGE THE OIL BUT HAVE NOT GOT THE CHANCE TO FIX THE RECALL NOR MY AXEL** TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN BUSINESS!
