We were in a desperate need for a truck for work. They charged us 10.9% interest! Then when we accidently poured DEF into the gas tank, which are too close together, they wanted to charge me $20,000 They charged us 10.9% interest! Purchased a new 2025 F150 King Ranch. After getting it home the next day I noticed paint defects. Took the truck back to the dealer and was told that they do not have a body shop so I’ll After getting it home the next day I noticed paint defects. Took the truck back to the dealer and was told that they do not have a body shop so I’ll have to take the truck to a different dealer to have the truck repaired. After looking at my window sticker closer I realized that this was a special order truck, so now I suspect that a customer ordered this truck and saw the defects and refused to accept it so the dealer put it on the lot and sold it to me without disclosing the issue. Maybe I should have caught it, but I still feel that a new truck shouldn’t have to be repainted and the dealer should have disclosed the issue. Now I have an extremely expensive truck that will probably be devalued due to paint work if/when it shows up on carfax or Ford’s oasis report. I really feel like I was scammed. More
