New Chrysler Purchase - Great Service From Start To Finish! I just bought a new 2014 Chrysler 300, with Craig Shane as my salesman, and it made for a perfect car buying experience! I had made a cold call to Cr I just bought a new 2014 Chrysler 300, with Craig Shane as my salesman, and it made for a perfect car buying experience! I had made a cold call to Craig so he knew I was coming, and was outside to greet me before I even pulled up! I had been thinking in terms of buying a one- or two-year old Chrysler, but he sugggested a new Chrysler, for not much more money. It was an excellent suggestion, and very good advice! He then showed me the different cars in stock and explained their specific features in a very thorough, and much appreciated, manner, and from where I decided on which car to purchase, assuming we could work out the financial side of things. Then the financial discussion went very smoothly, easily and efficiently. I had already done some pricing research on my turn-in vehicle, and had in mind what I was more or less prepared to pay. Before indicating to Craig what pricing I had in mind, he said what LNC was pricing the proposed new car at. I then showed him my figures, we quickly and easily settled on a figure between the two which was agreeable to both me and LNC, and the deal was done! Then from there, Craig quickly arranged to have the car prepped so that I could drive it away, with me returning the next day with the title and papers on my turn-in. Once again, when I returned, Craig was right there before I even parked my turn-in car, and he and the others of the LNC staff had already taken care of all the paperwork. The whole deal then was completed in no time at all, with LNC taking care of the (SC) registration, taxes and insurance and other paperwork involved. Then from there, Craig did a very fine job of showing me the various specific features of my new 2014 Chrysler 300, had the gas tank filled, and so off I went in my fine new motorcar, the whole thing exceedingly well done, with the best service from start to finish! I then drove my new car down to Pawleys Island for the weekend, and it performed perfectly in every respect! The end result was that things couldn't have worked out any better from start to finish, and Thank You Craig and all your associates at Lake Norman Chrysler for a really great job and my fine new car! My first new auto purchase was great! I had narrowed my choice of vehicles down to two vehicles and was 75% sure it was a Jeep 4x4. I knew when I walked in to the dealership it would be the luck of the draw in who I would get to show me around and it was Jeff Carnahan who greeted me. Jeff Carnahan was very patient and informative without being pushy. He gave me the information I needed to validate my desire to purchase a Jeep and purchase it at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram . On one occasion I did have another staff member assist me. This day I was battling with some details about what I needed and could afford in my Jeep. This person was generous with their time but I left that day with the impression that I was a bit of a bother and my choices in vehicle specifics were a poor option. This being said, I knew what I wanted and my over all experience was wonderful. It was Jeff Carnahan that I was most comfortable with. Jeff was always willing to answer my many calls and would always search for an answer if needed. At closing we were offered a Unlimited lifetime bumper to bumper coverage I had never heard of or Imagined could be true. My wife and I chose to pay a little more for the coverage. It really appears to like a win win for us for peace of mind and reduction of any future mechanical expenses during the entire time I own the car, which I plan on being my lifetime.
