Went in for a factory recall. Asked if could tell me what it would cost to fix the rear windshield. Abby asked is there's anything else. She said the windshield whipper might be covered under warranty she will call and let us know and she would have the mechanic check the pull. Cool. Next day get a call from Abby saying the whipper needs a new motor it's $250 plus $150 inspection. I said no thanks. Abby said we already did the inspection that's $150. We was supposed to get a call letting us know if its under warranty and cost. Then Abby says it needs 2 new tires. The tires on the car are discontinued but she could get us changed out for $400 plus. I said no thanks I only paid $420 for all four tires and there still available at Walmart. Caught Abby in a few lies. Then Abby said its $35 for the front end inspection. She never told us there was a fee for that. Went in for a free recall that took 2 days. Never offered and loaner car while they had mine and was told many false statements. More

Buying my car from Lakeside Chevy was super easy and fast. I was buying from out of state so the staff made every effort to get everything in order so that we weren't spending hours upon arrival checki fast. Our salesman Sam was very helpful and did his best to present the car and what they knew of it to the best of his knowledge. The vehicle had only just arrived on their lot when I began inquiring about it so it's understandable that a few things were missed during inspection (removable hard top was damaged and the rear left bumper isn't connected properly, neither were found prior to the sale).
