This is the second car I’ve bought from them, both of which they have charged me ridiculous service fees for when they have not been able to fix either. I brought it to them and they told me there was nothing wrong with it, and that I owed $170 for diagnosis fees. I called the GM and complained, in which he told me he would talk to service. Shortly after that I get a call back and they had double checked the battery and retested it and it failed. The battery is less than a year old, I had my old mechanic test it after leaving the dealership and the battery is completely fine. More
