Check engine light came on when I pulled out of the dealership I turned around and went back told me to come back Monday and didn’t seem to care. Came in for basic tire rotation. Was told I needed 2 new tires and they would not rotate. Advised them I could not do it now financially. They said they could not rotate because the better tires needed to stay in the rear of my all wheel drive Bolt. I told them it was not all wheel drive. They assured me based on the VIN that it was. I then showed them online that the Bolt was not even available with all wheel drive I. 2021. At this point I ask them again if they would rotate the better pair of tires to the front or would I need to take it someplace else? They agreed to do it. They did apologize in the end for the confusion. When they told me I needed 2 new tires he had an estimate and told me they would have them by tomorrow if I wanted to make another appointment. Not sure if they were just trying to push the purchase of tires or what, but bybinitially refusing to rotate and saying my a bolt was all wheel drive….made me feel like they did not know what they were doing. While waiting I also spoke with a gentleman that has had his corvette in multiple times for an air bag issue. He told them it was reading drivers side and they focused on the passenger side. Not sure what’s up with that, but then this happened with me. Finally after 90 minutes my rotation was done. I was told 20-30 minutes. More
