Oil change takes over two hours everytime I go. Staff is rude especially the woman in the service department. Did not perform maintenance that they said they did and charged for. My car doesn't run as smoothly after I had my oil change, coolant flush, and transmission flush. It was not that loud before bringing it in. They even acknowledged hearing it. One of the guys mentioned paying for a diagnostic scan, but I won't spend more money for an issue that occurred after their services. This is the first major issue I've had, but I don't like that they're just okay with not knowing what's causing it, and their solution was for me to spend even more money on it. More
