The best car buying experience ever. No pressure. No bait and switch like Herb Chambers. I highly recommend both Derek Bachand and Lamoureux Ford. They were honest and straight forward in their dealings with me. I did not buy an expensive model and I was still treated with respect by all at Lamoureux Ford. It will be the first place I go to for my next new vehicle.

I recently purchased a GORGEOUS 2013 explorer sport edition from Lamoureux Ford. John boxshus went above and beyond to accomodate and put me at ease with what I am used too in dealing with the "new car purchase experience". I spent months test driving every luxury suv imagineable...yet as I drove the roads to work on a daily basis I kept seeing something that caught my eye...the explorer. I decided to stop by the ford dealership in Spencer and went for a test drive. I loved it instanlty. John and I sat and built my car together. More power, and a sportier unique look is what I wanted. He made sure i got all the bells and whistles the others provided, but the best part was almost all options came standard in my sport! I feel I received all I could ask for at a price I found very appealing instead of adding thousands for every option at other dealerships. Bottom line is, customer service in PERSON is at its best at lamoureaux, forget Internet shopping for a car!

We recently purchased a used car from Don "Guz" Gaudette at Lamoureux Ford in East Brookfield,MA What a pleasure it was having him help us. We bought our last vehicle 13 years ago and dreaded going to a dealership.Guz made the whole experience very enjoyable. I called John shortly after i totaled my 01 escape (Also purchased from John) in the middle of March. I needed to get back into a car by the end of March to ensure I could qualify for all the current promotions, as we were uncertain what, if any changes Ford would be making to the incentives. We decided on an Explorer, and I gave John the specs I was interested in.

Living over an hour away from the dealership I decided to test drive the vehicle at a local dealer, just to ensure that it truly was an Explorer I was interested in. This dealer gave me a cost for the car, and at the end of this process, the car I picked up from John, not only had more features, but was over $100 a month less in my lease payment.

Once the Explorer was decided on, John scoured inventory all over New England to find just the right car that met my requirements. In under 2 weeks, not only did John find the car I was looking for but had it at the dealership and ready to be delivered with registration and insurance, etc all taken care of. He spent much of his time after hours working with me to get just the right truck. I cannot thank him and the folks at Lamoureux enough

For several years we have been doing business with Lamoureux Ford located in E. Brookfield, Ma. We have come to know Marc Kokansky and he has always been very helpful to us when we have purchased our vehicles. He takes the time to answer all of our questions and we are always happy when we leave with our new wheels. I had the absolute best experience with Bob Parker and Lamoureux Ford in purchasing a new 2014 Mustang.

I had not purchased a car since 2002, and when it was time to buy a new car this Spring, I was hesitant about finding the right dealer. I knew that I was interested in a new Ford Mustang to replace my 11 year old model, but I wanted to make sure that the experience of purchasing a new car was a positive one. I have had mixed experiences in the past with other dealers, and I really wanted to feel confident in the integrity and friendliness of a car dealer since I don’t buy cars that frequently.

I had initially placed a few calls to local Ford dealers (Boston area), and was not impressed. No one was willing to talk over the phone about model availability, pricing, or any details. They were vague and only were interested in having me visit the dealerships I had called.

After those initial conversations, I located Lamoureux Ford through Dealer Rater.com. I was impressed by the strong positive reviews, and the certification of being the highest Ford dealership rated in the state of Massachusetts. I placed a call to Bob Parker, and we had a very relaxed conversation about the car I was searching for, my expectations, and generally who I am. Bob kindly took all of the information and asked if he could call me back the next day once he had completed some research.

The next day Bob called, and we talked again. Over the phone, he provided details about the sales price of the new car that I was interested in. Then we talked about the value of my car (pending an inspection by his team). If I was interested, then we could also explore financing options. I was very comfortable given that he distinguished all three of these aspects of a sale (new car price, old car trade-in price, and financing). Nothing is more confusing when a sales person starts rolling all three inputs into one deal.

I drove to the dealership the following Saturday and met Bob. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. I was impressed and I decided to order a car from the Ford factory so that I could have the exact options that I was seeking. Bob took all of the information, and we agreed on a price (which in my opinion was a very fair deal). The car would take ~8-10 weeks to build. I also met with Peter Stafford to discuss financing. He was easygoing and informative as well, and he did talk about additional options, but there was no hard sale of extra features. Additionally, while I was there, Marc Lamoureux came over and introduced himself. We talked a good deal about Ford and car sales in general, and he also went out of his way in helping me, along with Bob and Peter. It was a great, relaxed experience, and I was very satisfied.

The best news was that my car was ready after only ~6 weeks, and there was an additional Ford company sales incentive that occurred while my car was being built. Lamoureux honored that new incentive as well. When I picked up my car, Bob and Marc greeted me again. The paperwork (as well as the behind the scenes insurance, financing, registration and inspection details coordinated by Bob) went smoothly.

Bob took me out to the new car, and spent a good deal of time explaining all of the details. This new car has many electronic features on the dash that I had never used prior-hand, and Bob was great and patient in walking through all of these features.

I drove away extremely happy, and I love my new car and highly praise the service, pricing and overall experience I had with Lamoureux. A good friend of mine is thinking of purchasing a Ford product in the next year and we definitely will return to Lamoureux. The location isn’t exactly convenient to me (I live over an hour away), and there are several Ford dealers where I live, but I would return to Lamoureux in a heartbeat.

Everything was top notch and I highly recommend working with Bob Parker and Lamoureux Ford.

Whenever we have visited this dealership, whether for service, or sales we have been treated with the best courtesy, and respect, we have ever received at any dealership anywhere. We appreciate the attitudes of all we have dealt with, including but not limited to Marc (Koko), Gary, Peter, John, and of course Marc Lamoureux himself. The service department has always treated us well, even when we have had unusual issues with used vehicles, whether or not they where bought there.

If my mother-in-law was still alive, we would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to her, knowing she could not find anything to fault them for. I continually tell people about how happy we have been doing business here.
