(although some specific dealerships have been known to be completely corrupt in the past, idk about Subaru but in general) & now they're covering their tracks for a PR nightmare if it got out, that some employees may dismantle the locator and "misplace" the car, after gaslighting saying you never brought it in. Very odd behavior forsure. Now theyre deleted her reviews and everything to keep their negligence under wraps and take zero accountability blaming her for contacting during "peak hours". Stopping in on a Friday afternoon and talked with Ian, a salesman in the showroom. He immediately came out to our car and showed us how to get Waze into the system and the directions for our vacation tomorrow morning. I was beside myself with it but he took all the time we needed to understand it. We are 80 and 77 years old and need patience with this stuff. He is an asset to your dealership. Thank you Ian. Last time I went there for an oil change, went in the express lane, at the desk the girl asked if I had an appointment , I said no appointment I did the express lane. She had a bad attitude. Then began to get messages on my phone that my car needed a battery. Finally went to the desk to see what was going on, the girl said she was just coming out to talked to me. Think they would talk to you before getting these texts on my phone. After waiting an hour and a half for an oil change. Just thought I was treated poorly through out my Waite there. I have been a costumer there since 2016. More
Overall would not recommend Lancaster Subaru from sales to service. Love Subaru's but this dealership is more interested in $$ than customers. Dealership recommended an auto repair that didn't have the right software to calibrate the eye sight system for vehicle and sales person was absolutely no help in fact RUDE! Subaru of America did reimburse me for some of the cost of a second calibration (so what does that tell you). Had 30,000 mile checkup that was quoted at $720 estimate and they said would discount for free oil change card punched. Final bill was $798 and had different service person who could not adequately explain the bill and reluctantly gave me a whopping $25 off. WILL NOT GO BACK More
