Exceptional Service I purchased my Nissan Altima in October of 2015. J.V. was my salesman. There was no pressure, he was knowledgable and made the whole experience fun and worthwhile. Since my purchase I have gone to the service center at Nissan for my free oil changes and for an inspection. The service there is 5 Star!!! So kind, helpful, and thorough. I had a nail in my tire (and didn't even realize it). They caught it, fixed it, and I was on my way to driving safely again. Kudos to the entire team at Lancaster Nissan!! More

I was very pleased on how the car performed. Great gas mileage too! My friend even commented how great my car drives. I am grateful to Jason and the guys in the service dept for accommodating me in setting up appointments and making sure everything is to my satisfaction. I was charged $181.95 for labor and $110.50 for the sensor. When I asked the hourly rate I was told it is $101.00 per hour. When I questioned the labor charge, I was told it is pro rated and that is what they charge for that particular job "If it takes 1/2 hour or 3 hours to complete". This comment was from the service manager, who by the way lacks the skills of dealing with customers. I recently talked with a friend that had the same work done a another Nissan dealer for more than $100.00. The sensor was $68.00 and 1/2 hour labor was $35.00. When I brought this to the service manager, our discussion ended. CUSTOMER BEWARE! More
Beware of this dealership! Very, very shady practices at this place! We purchased a $32,000. vehicle that we later learned was damaged underneath to the tune of $2,000. for rep Very, very shady practices at this place! The sales manager admitted they knew about the damage but didn't fix it and didn't disclose that information to us. They did not adjust the price of the vehicle to reflect the repairs that would be needed, we paid top dollar! They did offer to "negotiate" to have it fixed, but we would have to get at least one more estimate and be without a car during the time the repairs were being done. When I asked for rental reimbursement, the sales manager informed me that he couldn't promise that ...as "the repair may take some time and a rental could get expensive!" Yah, Mr. Manager, I know. More
