Terrible Experience – Avoid This Dealership I brought my vehicle to the Land Rover dealership in Bethesda, MD, for repairs due to the check engine light being on. After each visit, I was told the issue w my vehicle to the Land Rover dealership in Bethesda, MD, for repairs due to the check engine light being on. After each visit, I was told the issue was resolved, only for the check engine light to come back on the same day I picked it up. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the issue from the start, the dealership kept insisting it was a different problem each time, recommending additional (and costly) repairs. This cycle repeated several times with no lasting fix — just more charges and growing frustration. It feels like nothing more than a money grab, and the service team either lacks the expertise to repair vehicles or is taking advantage of customers. While the front desk staff was very friendly and professional, the Service Director, George Sans, was the complete opposite. He was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional throughout the process. Dealing with him only made the situation worse. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking honest, skilled, or respectful service. More

She was very patient, knowledgeable and informative! She deserves a raise! I also want to thank Fady for being patient as well and being informative!I have never purchase a car and the process was so smooth! I like the fact that everyone spoke to me! Worst car repair experience outside of the Annapolis dealership. Car has been in the dealership for repair 1 week for almost 2 months. Each week a different module in the emission needs replacing. This car brand is horrible! Our LR4 blew an engine with less than 100k miles, inspite of keeping up with service as required and now this Discovery is turning out to be a nightmare! Those expensive service repairs don’t mean anything - a big waste of money!! No need to complain, management don’t care! Customer Service at this dealership is non-existent! Please be aware when you see a lot of glowing reviews - usually a crock of CRAP!!! More
