The service person was very good and explained the service required very thoroughly. I am always shocked by the about of your labor rate. That is way too much for an automobile repair. More
Service After The Sale I purchased a Land Rover in June 2019. On the 3rd day after I bought it, the low coolant light came on. A few weeks later, I took a road trip. AC quit working, CD player wouldn’t work, CD wouldn’t eject. A different problem almost every day. I called while I was on the road and scheduled a service appointment. I asked that they keep until everything was checked thoroughly. Less than 24 hours later, I got a call that it was ready. Less than a week after picking up, the Bluetooth phone pairing quit working. The only response I get is bring it back. Peacock seems to think this is normal for a $50k+ car. More
