We had no communication about our car and when it would be ready, then our contact (service manager) left for a long weekend without handing over or letting us know what was happening. Further, in dealing be ready, then our contact (service manager) left for a long weekend without handing over or letting us know what was happening. Further, in dealing with my wife he was rude. It took multiple calls from us to find someone who could give us an update and ultimately our car was kept over the weekend, 5 days in total, inconveniencing us. We have been Fields customers for 17 years, and this was about the worst service we have received. Will make me rethink where I buy my next car. More
