From the first approach, the facility had a warm and welcoming feeling! I have been in dealerships where I felt judged not at Princeton thank goodness because I live close but I would drive a distance t welcoming feeling! Mr. Fuhri approached me with a pleasant demeanor and we hit it off with laughter, which means a lot to me! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Mrs. Clara just sweet and such a pleasure to speak with. So Princeton nailed the true meaning of superb customer service I wish I didn't have a negative but I do... The flow of the dealership felt congested I wish it was bigger a you can see everything with a better flow to really enjoy the show room and outside inventory was overwhelming. More
