I have purchased several Range Rover’s from Land Rover of Princeton… The sales department is fabulous but the service department is absolutely the best I have ever come in contact with… Any problem I have ev Princeton… The sales department is fabulous but the service department is absolutely the best I have ever come in contact with… Any problem I have ever had… Has been handled with absolute professional care by the entire service department… Andrew Weir is by far the best service manager I have ever come in contact with… He has put the personal touch on every problem I’ve had and rectified it.... He is the reason I continue to purchase vehicles from LAND ROVER OF PRINCETON...!!!!! More

Fantastic Dealer! Landrover Princeton is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have had many high end vehicles (from Volvo’s to Mercedes etc) from reput Landrover Princeton is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have had many high end vehicles (from Volvo’s to Mercedes etc) from reputable dealers, but NONE come close the overall care of the vehicle and my family as Landrover Princeton! More

Unfortunately, no longer the case and the professionalism has vanished - when buying my new RR, LR Princeton were excellent. The day there was a problem, the treated the customer as the problem. I called to resolve a longstanding, unresolved mechanical issue with my car. I spoke with Steve Bergamo and within 10 seconds it became obvious that I was talking to a salesman with only sales on his mind: he offered to address the issue... if I bought a new car. If not, he decided he would not be able to resolve it. This dealer's assessment of mechanical errors depended on future sales, which was very unprofessional. Mr. Figueroa's professionalism was gone. If only the dealership owners knew the long term impact of treating customers like this. It's such a shame for the hardworking sales and service staff. I hear wonderful things about LR Edison - that's where my next car will come from. More
