Buying experience was very easy. Fair trade-in value for our Tesla. Fair and non-negotiable price for the Z06. Back and forth was minimized. They get 5-stars for that. They lose two stars because I have been trying to cancel an extended warranty that I purchased with the car, and I am getting nowhere. I keep getting told that someone will call me back, but nobody ever follows up. The post-purchase experience has not been very good for this very reason. I wish they would make it easier to cancel these extended warranties. This is extremely frustrating. Would do business with them again, but will definitely decline any extras. More
