After no updates after the confirmation email, I called was transfered twice then was told that "oh sorry we have to cancel because we didn't charge enough for shipping and the part is too big." I had arranged based on the purchase going through for installation to be scheduled here in Los Angeles by my shop after some minor comestic repairs. So now I have paid for storage and organized installation only to have to start again. After expressing my disappointment and being offered no assistance, I was told I was being transferred to management. No surprise that I was dumped into a voicemail with no expectation of follow up. I guess I should feel lucky I didn't buy a car from this dealership group! More
