I had an issue with my brakes for 3 years and was never fixed correctly and after 3 years he told me it was out of warranty. Everytime I am in the waiting room a customer is yelling at someone over being dissatisfied. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. More
What a great service experience which these days are very rare. Tyler addressed all of my concerns, and went over everything meticulously with me. Terrible experience. I had some warranty work I wanted done to my Discovery, made an appointment, showed up and left my car for repairs. Later that afternoon I texted my service advisor, Jason Lewis, but did not hear from him. An hour later I texted again but still no reply. I called and left a message for him but did not hear back. When my wife called later, she was told everyone in service had gone home. I was stranded without my car. The next day I went to the dealership after trying to call and confronted my service advisor. He had no idea about my car, it had sat all day yesterday and he never checked on how it was doing. I was angry and took my car home but Jason Lewis said, "I want to make it up to you." He made another appointment for me and secured a loaner. They would come to my house, leave the loaner and take my car in to be serviced. That never happened. Another screw-up by this service advisor. I called earlier that day and left a message for the general manager to call me. He called late that afternoon and after hearing about my experience had his new service manager call me. He made an appointment for me and said that they would pick up my car and leave a loaner and at the end of the day they would return my car and pick up the loaner. Jim, the new service manager, went out of town for training and my car did not get picked up. The next day, the service advisor that was on my latest appointment called. Jim had gotten one of my messages and had him call me - for what? The appointment was missed and it was too late to do anything. I do not recommend this dealership or its service department. More

Everyone at Wilde Rover always try to help you and accommodate you. I went into the dealership needing to fix my husband's key fob. The service valet gentleman took my key and said, "Easy fix, it's j accommodate you. I went into the dealership needing to fix my husband's key fob. The service valet gentleman took my key and said, "Easy fix, it's just a battery". I thought, great! Well, another gentleman came to discuss the key fob with me, HARRY BISHOP was his name and we walked to the vehicle and it still wasn't working. After replacing the battery and now seeing the inside, it was corroded. HARRY BISHOP walked me over to the service department where I needed to order a new key fob. After he opened the fob again, it honestly just started to fall apart. ZERO FAULT TO HARRY. It was just totally corroded inside. I explained to Harry that my husband of 30 years had recently unexpectedly passed away and holding onto his key fob was apart of him. Although he no longer used it, I still wanted his key fob as a memory. HARRY BISHOP offered to take the fob home and try to repair it. I had already ordered a new one. This was for ME and my memory. Taking the time to do something like that meant more to me then you'll ever know! Forever grateful for your kindness and your time. It also mitigated the price to replace the key fob! 😬 There should be more people like Harry BISHOP! Thank you Harry and Thank you Wilde Rover for always providing amazing customer service! More
I have received the most horrible customer service from the team at Wilde. I left 5 unanswered messages in a four day period, wjlgiie following up on a part that was due in the previous week. She scheduled is in for service in two weeks, and we dropped the 2019 Sport off as scheduled. Service advisor stated that it would be ready eve if day or early the following day. Never heard from him again. Four unreturnedcmessagez in two day period. Finally waited on hood for 10 minutes only to find out they had not even looked at the vehicle yet. What was the Lou t i. Dropping it off as scheduled Monday for it to sit on the lot? Now it’s late day Thursday and still no resolve. I’m beyond over these guys. Every time I’ve taken it in fir device it’s been nothing but a fun around. I’d rather drive Tomtania than deal with this crew of morons. This is my 5th Range River and it will be my last. More
It's too early to give a review but I I am compelled to leave one here that is incomplete but yet to the point. The marquee Land Rover was picked up from Southpoint transferred to Wilde auto group or whate leave one here that is incomplete but yet to the point. The marquee Land Rover was picked up from Southpoint transferred to Wilde auto group or whatever they wanna call themselves a family of deception to what it is today so from 2016 to 2022 they've been able to basically run this well-known well like franchise into the ground yes they do great with selling the product everybody I've read all the reviews are great it's a service department that has really brought this to its knees so I'm gonna leave it at that anybody who wants to know more can contact me and they can find me anywhere on the Internet not hiding finnperkins More
