We booked a service appointment for an oil and filter change, but the experience was extremely disappointing. No one greeted us upon arrival, the staff showed no courtesy, and the waiting area was dirty — tables unclean, the coffee machine constantly occupied by employees, and the coffee itself was terrible. The vehicle inspection was not performed properly — we were only told about “some oil leak” without any explanation or report. The manager scratched our car key while handling it, and they failed to set up the official Range Rover app. After this visit, we have no trust in this service center anymore. More
