We booked a service appointment for an oil and filter change, but the experience was extremely disappointing. No one greeted us upon arrival, the staff showed no courtesy, and the waiting area was dirty change, but the experience was extremely disappointing. No one greeted us upon arrival, the staff showed no courtesy, and the waiting area was dirty — tables unclean, the coffee machine constantly occupied by employees, and the coffee itself was terrible. The vehicle inspection was not performed properly — we were only told about “some oil leak” without any explanation or report. The manager scratched our car key while handling it, and they failed to set up the official Range Rover app. After this visit, we have no trust in this service center anymore. More

The best thing for me Is dealing with Evan whose professionalism is top draw. He explains everything in detail and always makes me feel like I am the King. I was very pleased with the service for my JAG XJ. I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours. I want to say my Rep Even was great. His customer service was great and he did a good job and commutating and was very knowledgeable about my warranty and what was covered and not cover His customer service was great and he did a good job and commutating and was very knowledgeable about my warranty and what was covered and not covered. But I was very disappointed with Land Rover/Jag as a company for not having a loaner car. I was without a car for 7 days. I had to rent a car and pay out of my own pocket. I have had a Mercedes and BMW. My wife has a BMW and we both have needed loaner cars before and had no issues with getting him. My wife had a loaner car for almost two months with BMW due to some issues with her car. I don’t understand how we pay for a luxury brand, high car payments and maintenance and yet I had to be without a car. It’s just unacceptable . I was told the job on my car was a big engine job and would take time. I called daily and it was never a loaner car available. I missed two days of work. I finally rented a car. On top of that my car wasn’t even able to get serviced due to me needing a car and not wanting to keep paying for a rental daily I picked up my car once’s the engine job was done. So now I have to go back for the regular oil/ fluid service. If I could give this location no stars I would. More
