I had to call and get updates. It's such a large center, that I had to go 9 days without a loaner vehicle because they didn't have any. It took 4 days to diagnose my problem when I told them what was wrong with it. But I was made to wait my turn even though it was a 10 minute fix issue. Then because I had to wait my turn, the issue I told them it was, key fob stopped working, I had to wait another 5 days to get the fob. Then I called spoke with a manager, he was nice, to find out it was in, but not started. Then the next day I called to check on it to find out it was completed. More
I’ve owned Land Rovers for several years and the new building and service department are even better than at the old location. Service department has always been great but it’s especially great now. The building and service department are even better than at the old location. Service department has always been great but it’s especially great now.
