I took my Range Rover Sport in for its annual service and was shocked when i didn’t get the video of the initial inspection that i received in the years before. I was also surprised that it took almost a mon was shocked when i didn’t get the video of the initial inspection that i received in the years before. I was also surprised that it took almost a month to get a new headlight in from the United Kingdom, that would have been a pretty penny out of pocket since i couldn’t get a loaner vehicle while I waited for the part to come in. After the service was completed I had to bring the car back because the service required message was still coming on after the service was complete. This was my first time at the new facility so maybe I’m just not use to this new way. But if it’s like this in the future, I’d like the old way.. More
Not one greeted me on arrival. My service advisor was available for 20 mins. No loaners available. Rental car was a piece of crap. Stock tires with 60% tread coming apart at sidewall of the inside of the available for 20 mins. No loaners available. Rental car was a piece of crap. Just not what you expect when you buy a $120k vehicle and pay a premium for dealer service. More
I recently had my 2018 Range Rover Velar serviced at Land Rover Tampa. The service was Outstanding. Everyone was so helpful. I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of professionalism, service, and respect this Range Rover facility has provided to both my daughter and I. I have contacted Range Rover Tampa for assist professionalism, service, and respect this Range Rover facility has provided to both my daughter and I. I have contacted Range Rover Tampa for assistance on a loaner vehicle as my daughter’s car is being serviced at an auto body shop that THEY recommended because they do not have one on site. My daughter has called multiple times to speak with the general manager, Jennifer Stall. She has left voicemails as have I, and Jennifer has not called back. In fact, she continues to send our calls to voicemail. Today, I finally got in contact with Service and spoke with D. Persaud, the Assistant Manager of Service, on the phone and he was incredibly rude, insulting, and unprofessional. He continuously cut me off as I was explaining to him the situation at hand, he brushed off all concerns I had, and ended the conversation with “OH MA’AM, DON’T GIVE ME THAT” after I explained that we chose the auto body shop that they recommend to help service my daughter’s vehicle because they don’t have an auto body shop. I was in very offended with how he spoke to me. D. Persaud could care less to help a promising client of Land Rover and was in a hurry to hang up the phone. I have never in my life received such under par service from a Luxury vehicle facility. I will never have any vehicles serviced at this facility, let alone lease from this place. The lack of respect from who are considered “managers” at this place is distasteful and absurd. -10 out of 10 in my book. Do not go here. More
