I dont know who Shawn Lewis is, however the majority of our time and purchasing our car was good. However there were items that were wrong with the car and I feel they hurried us out. We are from out of state and was told there were no service mechanics on site that day. So we had to take it home and schedule service in our hometown. There had been little to no communication on the title process either and that has been extremely frustrating. I would recommend them however spend time looking over the vehicle and ask lots of questions! More

From the start it seemed unorganized. I was asked if I needed a ride or if I was going to wait. I asked for a ride. Me and one other person were going. Was told they were warming the car up because itcwas so cold out. Funny thing was the car wasnt warm when we got in. Other passenger was griping that he could have got aa uber quicker. The car was in for a software upgrade. Never heard anything from the dealership service dept all day. Left a phone message but no return message. Called at least three times and went to voicemail each time saying they would return my call, but NEVER DID. I dont know what i would have done if I had waited. Finally called the sales department because I KNOW they would answer. They got me in touch with service. They said it would be the next day. Next day, again no update call and no one in service answers the phone. Finally pick up the car after 2 days fir what should be a pretty routine warranty fix. Compared to other dealerships service dept my experience here is terrible. Especially for a high end vehicle. Unless its warranty covered, I would look to other european service providers in Wichita. I hate to leave such a negative review, but believe i need to be truthful. More
