I had 2 warranty issues that needed to be fixed and an oil change. Neither of the problems were fixed. All they had to do was test and could have easily seen they were not fixed. I contacted Lander Ford because my radio on my 2018 Ford Edge went out. Ms Emily helped me with my complaint and ordered the replacement, as well as asked an expert to help.
